LOOKING FOR EMPLOYEES
We are currently looking to add two positions to our full time workforce.
The first position is Assistant Carpenter. This is a training position that doesn't require extensive experience; we are looking for someone who has done enough work to know he's interested in becoming a remodeler, and is willing to learn from working closely with our lead carpenter to learn all aspects of how we do construction. Starting requirements would be a working, insured vehicle, dependability (show up every day), no smoking on the job, and a basic understanding of construction. Our ideal candidate would be someone that has a job they don't like and is looking for a great company that has room to grow. We do most of our work on location at clients' houses. We work in the greater Knoxville area and have a storefront location with a shop for tool storage as well as work area for custom projects. We are fully licensed and insured and do NOT pay cash under the table. This is a payroll job with taxes taken out every week.
The second position is for a Lead Carpenter to head a second work crew. This job requires experience with remodeling and the ability to complete many different kinds of projects, from kitchens and bathrooms to decks and flooring. We are looking for someone who has his own tools and would be able to work independently or with a helper to complete projects from start to finish.
There are some things that should go without saying, but in previous ads we have found this is not the case. If you do not follow the directions below you will NOT be considered for the position.
