Apparently, we need to be more specific about wearing orange to work. 😂🐅

Our very own USAM Knoxville driver Jordan Bowman showed up today in full Auburn Tiger spirit—and in Vol country, that takes some nerve!

We’re counting on Smokey and the Vols to send those Tigers back south with their tails between their legs. But Jordan? We’re keeping him. A great teammate with a great attitude, even if his football loyalties need a little work. 😉

Thanks for all you do, Jordan—and for keeping things fun!

A great couple of days connecting, learning and strengthening relationships with our partners at DSA Doors !

DSA treated the U.S. Architectural Millwork - Knoxville team—along with a few members of ITC Millwork—to a fun evening at Topgolf in Raleigh. It was a wonderful opportunity for the teams to spend time together outside the workplace before turning their attention indoors the following morning.

The group toured DSA’s manufacturing facility for a firsthand look at the craftsmanship and processes behind its distinctive entry door systems. An extensive product overview provided additional insight into DSA’s construction methods, design options, product features and the details that set its wood exterior doors apart.

Experiences like this give our teams a deeper understanding of the products we represent, allowing them to better answer questions, identify the right solutions and support customers throughout the selection process.

Thank you to the DSA Doors team for your generous hospitality, valuable product education and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. We appreciate the partnership and look forward to putting what we learned into practice!

A well-organized job starts with clear information.🌟

As part of USAM’s value-added service, our team develops detailed door and trim schedules to help customers manage the many moving parts of a project. These schedules organize product selections, sizes, quantities and locations into a practical reference that can be reviewed by the builder, carpenter and USAM team throughout the job.

By identifying questions early and giving the field team a clear roadmap, door and trim schedules can help reduce confusion, prevent costly mistakes and keep installation moving efficiently. It’s another way USAM supports our customers beyond supplying the materials.

One door design can take on an entirely different character depending on the wood species, finish, and surrounding millwork—but seeing every possible combination has never been practical.

Koetter Studio is changing that.

The new visualization tool will make it possible to explore hundreds of Koetter Woodworking, Inc. door and wood species combinations, then complete the design with coordinating casing, crown, base, and architectural wall coverings.

A better way to explore the possibilities before making a final selection. Stay tuned for the official launch!

Great jobsite reminder from .

He’s talking about moisture control as it relates to mold, cracks, drywall pops, and overall home health and performance. For USAM, that same principle carries into the finish stage — especially when it comes to trim and doors.

Interior millwork performs best in a dry, stable environment before delivery and installation. Wood reacts to humidity, and proper jobsite conditions help protect the product, the install, and the finished home.
