FORScan says it can't find your adapter? It's usually the Windows side, not the car.

Install the USB driver first, then plug the adapter in and check Device Manager for the COM port it was given. In FORScan's connection settings, pick that port (or leave it on auto), turn the ignition on, then connect.

Modules missing in FORScan? On a lot of Fords, the radio, cluster and body modules sit on MS-CAN, not HS-CAN. Flip the switch on your ELMconfig USB cable to MS (or follow FORScan's prompt), then scan again. Most "my module isn't showing up" questions end right there.
