We all forget passwords from time to time,
Customer I had the other day forgot her windows password,
Luckily I know how to get around that and had her back in within minutes.
Proverb here is if you don’t need a password leave it off it can create more problems than it solves.

So another question I get all the time is do I need a new computer !
Rule of thumb if it still works and just needs virus cleaning and de -junking to speed it up probably not.
You’d spend more on a new one plus additional services than sorting the original one.

So another question i Get is how do i decide what computer is right for me the salesman wanted to sell me a $500 computer !
Ok so the answer here is you need to buy whats right for what your doing , and the way to do that is to know the difference between the 3 main processors. intel I3 Home use , Intel I5 home and business , I7 Pure power user ! gamer ect.. ideally any system you have should have at least these specs I3 , I5 ,I7 processor (depending on what you are using the system for), 6-8 Gigs of memory , 1Tb hard drive... Don't get caught by salespeople especially this time of year feel free to drop me a line if you have questions

I get asked a lot "joe, Do I really need to spend 200 plus dollars to have my system cleaned up ?"
The short answer is No! yes there may be some serious issues that need dealing with if it relates to hardware but generally if its software issues these can be dealt with,
Most times you're paying for the service fee of the store or service establishment you went to...
Short answer here is be wary its not always necessary to spend 2 -400$ to clean up a system...
