Hi folks, please see attached post. I am very sorry to the folks who were hurt by the completely false allegations personally against me in order to discredit Fido, my sweet girl. Evidence attached.
Please read below
If I was as litigious as described, I would have started suing left, right and center a very long time ago. I did not, since I did not want to have any possibility of negatively affecting my dog. It was always supposed to be just about a Dog and not its owner. Even with poor Amy Cook, I didn’t send her a bomb from an attorney. She could never afford to defend herself. I sent her a silly little email asking her to stop. My history which is public record clearly demonstrates I never file lawsuits, but only defend myself and have always won.
Every one of the accusations are beyond ridiculous. Everyone knows Fido was in PA. There is no custody battle for Fido. It's time to stop and no longer wear the masks. It's been taken too far now.
1. I have unfortunately had to become un-private for the sake of my dog. Let's address the most serious stuff first. As far as the battery charges, sometimes couples fight under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (illicit or non-illicit) and things are sometimes said out of anger and can be completely taken out of context by third parties, but cameras never lie. Even after my sensationalized arrests all between 2014 and 2017 (I was a big fish in a small pond), Meg & I resumed our relationship. She and her son are awesome and that's all I have to say about the subject.
2. The bar arrest was really silly, my card pin didn't work and the waiters all knew me very well and asked me to return the next afternoon to settle up. Some of them have even been to my home on Sundays. It was the owner who called the same staff and confirmed whether it was really me since I was best friends with the owner’s previous general manager who both hated one another. The owner pushed his bar staff aside and personally called the police out of revenge against my best friend who was and is still a very successful and talented bar/restaurant owner/operator in Daytona.
3. I obviously had a serious drinking problem outside of the home combined with blacking out due to the use of Xanax and just could not stop drinking for the life-of-me. I even walked into the wrong house one time. EVEN after being released from Jail with the paparazzi behind me with more waiting outside my home, I still stopped on the way home to have a drink or buy a bottle of wine. I just couldn't stop no matter what. I even failed rehab & detox multiple times.
4. One day I woke up and by the grace of God, the LDS church and AA, I managed to kick it and then some time later, started helping others through AA. I didnt drink for years, but then the scientist I am decided to test myself and found I could have 2 drinks. It was the xanax which was the real issue. I don't have to drink for months and do not crave alcohol or euphoria, but enjoy the taste. I am not an alcoholic. This can be confirmed by way of cameras or bar staff at a bar on Haines in Levittown, PA.
5. Yes, I was a highly functioning alcoholic and was deathly embarrassed of my arrests taking place during a dark time in my life while I took care of my ailing dad until he eventually passed. However, the publicity in my own home town was extremely short lived and not ever used as a weapon to viciously destroy me and negatively affect the outcome of finding an innocent, lost dog. It's now been used in this manner for exactly 6 months now in Levittown, PA. I believe most if not all of the folks also have arrest records. It's pretty pathetic to play this charade.
6. Cindy Fiji aka Cindy Fijalkowski aka Lori Ann Fijalkowski was Venmo’d $3250 and incurred $2432.19 in expenses which still yielded a credit balance. No one put up any type of money on my behalf. Nor did I ever borrow 1 cent from ANYONE in the entire state of PA. I paid out a documented $5432.19 yielding a 12 day labor cost of $3,000.00 & expense reimbursement of $2432.19. It’s very simple math and should have never created any issues. It really should not have to be addressed in a venue like this.
7. As far as my name, evidence is attached indicating I am 100% not the arsonist, Sanjeev. That name appears to have been plucked out of thin air since Sanjeev is also of Indian descent & he lives in Orlando which is pretty close to Daytona. Actually, I don't think this Sanjeev gentleman was ever charged for Credit Card Fraud. It was me who was sued while in Levittown for Credit Card Fraud by a large company who handles VRBO/Homeaway accounts. Upon going through mail, I learned of the suit which I was about to lose with an automatic judgment since I had not responded to the complaint. Someone used my identity and fraudulently collected about $100,000 in vacation rental monies from vacationers using the name of one of my old corporations. This is a very recent case which I proved I didn’t do and won the case on November 2nd, 2022. The evidence is also attached.
8. You can actually see how the court trustee’s attorney, Mr. Adams, refers to me as “Paul” even though the Chap11 reorganization for Neuro and Earth’s is from 4 years ago when I was going by Aswinder Suri. He knows my name is Paul. He is not my attorney, but the attorney for the Court. You can also clearly see that he is communicating directly with me and there is no attorney even representing me. I was actually awarded Neuro and Earth’s corporations back to me.
9. Since this name thing is so, so huge for Levittown folks and no one else in the world including my home town, Daytona, I attached formal documentation between me and the most senior officer at the FDA. Even my entire FDA company application was in the name of Paul Singh.
10. I didn't go by Paul until 2020 which was done as a fresh start in a different line of medicine combining a Facebook overhaul. I also still had 5,000 “friends” on my Aswin FB page, but rather than do a 1 second name edit and delete 4500 of them, I decided to conduct a full trashout by terminating that entire account and start fresh with only friending who I considered as a “real friend”.
11. ALL volunteers knew 6 months ago of my full name and of my arrests from 2014-2017. My communications with every volunteer are 100% documented in writing for any and all subjects. I have full transparency and downloaded hundreds of pages of texts and handed my entire messenger texts in bulk format for Donna Amerald, Kathryn Toland, Karen Succi, & Amy Cook to my volunteers to read and access. I have absolutely nothing to hide.
12. I never ran away from any type of angry investors. Court records would actually state specifically if I had to come back on a certain date OR I would obviously be in contempt of court and be arrested. The records DO NOT state that at all. I went back to Fl each time for two reasons:
a. I was utterly defeated by the abundance of fox sightings (all I would see is fox after fox on every camera or video hit) combined with
b. The constant bullying and accusations against my little tomboy. I ended up flying back without my car at least 2 or 3 times when there was something good which occurred. For example, the May sidewalk capture of Fido by a wingstop employee (next to WAWA on the drive). Then a week later we got lucky again with the Stream Lane 100% sighting. BUT as usual for some odd reason, We NEVER saw or captured Fido despite even the cameras. I will say that many folks did remark that the IR red light was a deterrent for animals and it wasn't until July that I purchased the Arlo’s.
August was a really good month for 2 Fido sightings at Home Depot. A 5 second hit via Iphone and a 2 minute long sighting by a diesel mechanic living out of his truck.
13. I was rude at times with just about anyone and everyone; its a terrible habit and not necessarily a volunteer or specifically a female since I was constantly being played with both ON and OFFLINE situations with none of us able to discern the subtle and ongoing undermining of our efforts with the strange things occurring which made no sense. I became suspicious for good reason. It was quite frustrating and annoying. I am not even close to being a narcissist. However, I have unfortunately met many such personalities in the last 10 months.
14. As far as losing everything. I did. It's 100% true. I actually didn't come specifically to conduct business in Levittown, PA. I came to conduct my SARS-CoV studies in Bensalem and to run the samples at a brilliant MD, PhD’s lab in Bristol, PA. No one was running away. I had already conducted my clinical trials in Africa towards a submission for WHO (World Health Organization) so I already knew I had something special. I was told to do one more study, here in the USA before my company would be considered for an (EUA) term synonymous for an approval from the FDA (Food & Drug Administration). I started the study Friday, Jan 21 st 2022 and it was super cold and even though my nurses did not once complain. That same weekend, I decided to find the closest home depot and purchase them the tall, metal outdoor, patio heaters since they could end up being outside for 4 weeks conducting the swabs. That same Sunday, two days after I started the study, Fido went missing. The whole month of March I could not focus on the ancillary filing components of the study which ultimately created the April 20th, 2022 denial by the FDA. You guys kept me very busy, as you still are with your constant antagonization, threats and games. I didn't care and don't care and did not redo any components to resubmit. It was a perishable commodity and its over. My corporation also suffered and the rest is history.
15. After about three or four years, I got control of my old companies again, Neuroendoceuticals and Earth’s Natural Minerals (no assets). That was a nice surprise. I believe it was referenced as some major terrible event.
16. If I had never had any sightings, I would have actually left Levittown and gone to a different city and laboratory to re-do my data, but the mere fact that there was a high chance that my baby was living outside, I could not bear that thought at all. I have been ridiculed for not moving on, but heartbreak is something you can and do live with (forever), but we were never 100% sure if Fido was outside, inside or dead since it was haphazard, void of constant routine and lack of hard tangible film or video footage. I Believe she was outside originally then pretty quickly inside and then outdoors again and then indoors. She could even be dead now. With 350 cotton wool swabs immersed in Fido’s scent, sealed with no risk of contamination, even the results of the out-of-state dog trackers and assistance of the public was not enough to connect the dots.The patterns didn't make sense to any of us and rarely were very easy to discern with any type of rotations. Also the sightings did not repeat or we learned about it on Day 2 of repetition and it seemed like Fido was only doing two day routines then switching out OR other rescue groups were trying to capture her too which 100% impacted the whole picture. Either way, something just never felt solid enough, but we kept going despite the kiss of death with signage tear downs.
100% of all sightings remain documented by phone number &/or messenger. I can reserve a conference room at the Marriott in Fairless Hills. I will ask 2 to 3 volunteers (which is kinda all we have left :)) to attend with two outside persons to examine the information and even conduct outbound calls using only the volunteers' phones on speaker. We will write a standard pitch for the independent examiners so that the folks with the sightings don’t get spooked. We are open to discussion in regards to any other methods of verification. I can never betray the trust of a Levittown good samaritan caller and so I will never post the identity. The designee(s) not volunteers can select ANY 20 phone numbers to equate to at least a 20% verification of the information. I have not looked at the master list in quite some time, but I am sure it's between 100 to 150 sightings. I am not saying my dog was seen 150 times, but there is NO WAY levittown folks guessed fox
17. 100% of the time even though Foxes are endemic to Bucks county. I believe we only had about 5 actual sightings of Fido. That's a super low number. I have had full transparency with 100% of my camera feeds when they were being used. I hid nothing and never did I fabricate a dog sighting. In Fact some of the volunteers have really been so amazing. About 2 months into the rescue I just couldn't even trust myself anymore and started seeing my dog Fido’s face in the leaves, in bushes, etc. My mind started playing tricks on me and I had to have a second opinion on anything I thought could be a dog. We started to joke about it. NOT one picture or video was ever tagged and logged as my dog Fido. They were all foxes and other animals. ONLY one pic was ever tagged as my dog at fido which was taken by iphone, via Amy Cook volunteer. That picture was enhanced before it was deemed 99% confirmatory.
18. I will have nothing to do with the above process AND nothing to do with responding to ANYONE who attempts to challenge the authenticity of ANY evidence associated with this post. There are enough attorneys and paralegals in Levittown who are more than competent enough to review the allegations and provide confirmation of what I have posted and attached with the post(s). It’s so sad to see literally thousands of people intimidated by the bullies who all appear to be besties &/or related with so many fake profiles.
19. It's only now that it appears my dog didn't jump out of the car window; she was pulled out. Although it's still an assumption, all you can work with are clues. It's not a silly change in a “story” but an examination of the facts over so many unfortunate months. I feel that she was leaning against the partially open passenger window (back seat) AND not how some describe as both windows wide open. Even with those lanky legs, she is too small to have her front paws over the window and still have her rear legs planted on the back seat. Yes, it was 100% my fault for opening vs closing (it was a cold day in Jan not summer). She was reported to have run away from HD and never towards, but then there was a possible sighting near popeyes from one source and not the actual gentleman who was helping the original couple. To this day, the original couple who started the whole incident never contacted me, nor conducted their intended shopping, nor have been reported to have talked to anyone. That's so bizarre. However, ALL other eyewitnesses AND those that participated in trying to coral Fido, did either post online OR posted online AND called us. There are other compelling factors too since I have thousands of hours to think about this and replay it in my head again and again. Since she must have watched me walk all the way to the front door, she would have had to stand on something and somehow jump out of a window, long before I even got to the door. That did not happen. I know her very well and I know what she has done in the past and what she can and would do. This is merely the evolution of knowledge over months and connection of information with inbound information or constructive thinking and not a fabrication of a “story”. Again, the couple has NEVER contacted me or anyone for that matter (unless someone knows something) and were watched by the same eyewitnesses to slowly drive away. Again, they did NOT even go inside the home depot. Even the cart guy at HD saw my dog, FidoEVEN Arby’s staff saw Fido and her brand new fur harness since I had lunch right before going inside. BUT not once did they ever stand up for Fido online. Many folks posted or called us, but now are way too scared to call and reconfirm. The cameras at Home Depot, according to the police who actually conducted the review of the tapes, said the cameras ``were too far away to see anything”. They never, ever said, there was no dog. I had parked very close to Arby’s next to the flower bed AND according to the eye witnesses, she walked backwards, reversing away from HD towards Arby’s and then under a moving car and then spooked past Arby’s towards Bristol Pike. The 2 homeless guys, sitting on the concrete pad, Harold and JC ran after Fido who then ran across Bristol Pike to the other side where a lady stated she saw Fido in front of the Mediterranean restaurant (posted online). Fido then ran south since she was spotted running back over the major highway (13) by a gentleman who I believe almost accidentally ran her over when she ran back over to the Arby’s / Johns auto side, then running south more only to turn right at Haines Blvd or before the red mechanics shop at Haines where she disappeared out of visibility. There was also a gentleman with his daughter at the diner who also saw Fido running. I believe the name was Tim and he reported it online. There were alot of eye witnesses that sad, sad day in January, but we had zero local, online presence and had to rely mainly on flyers with reports having a lag. The same happened with the First ever Kenwood Drive South sighting of a small brown dog walking by itself to the patio at 39 Farmbrook I believe. It was reported 2 weeks later when I was shopping at the self-serve checkout at Home Depot and never called in. That happens all the time and is the nature of the beast.
20. I too have requested the tapes to see with my own eyes. I anxiously await to determine how many films exist and from what cameras and the footage. I believe anyone can request the tapes too (Jan 23, 2022 / 1:30 pm). If you need the form, it's called the Standard Right-to-Know Law Request Form. Arby’s cameras were reportedly inoperable the whole time I was there. Those are the cams which would have really shown us more details compared to the Home Depot cams. We have alot of footage of our own from our cams. Many thiefs have been caught on film or video with full face and/or discernable tattoos.
21. I can assure you that not one of the six remaining and wonderful volunteers never threatened anyone. They are harmless. If you would like to risk being one, please feel free to apply. There is not much to do.
22. A. Some of you may or may not know, a gentleman born and raised in Levittown came forward online a few days ago stating that Fido was in PA and he met me and Fido and gave us a ride to the hotel after an uber driver had refused to allow Fido into his car. This occurred apprx. Jan 20, 2022. This was posted on What's up in Levittown, but then deleted by Admin prior to the morning. The gentleman had known of the attacks against Fido, but did not stand up for us until he saw the giant pic of me.
B. I have also proven via video taken at the marriott a video of fido and myself on Jan 15, 2022, a week prior to the Jan 23, 2022 loss.
I am not trying to attack anyone here, but it's very sad to see that dogs are actually used for feeding Ego's. That’s just not right.
