Great celebration photos of the Rosemount Fire Station #2 groundbreaking! Congrats to all!

A new chapter is underway for Rosemount Fire Station #2! 🚒

The City of Rosemount recently celebrated the groundbreaking for the station’s addition and remodel, which will expand and modernize the facility to support a 24/7 duty-crew model. The project will include expanded operational, living, and support spaces for the department.

We’re excited to see this project get underway and help create a more functional and supportive space for the firefighters who serve the Rosemount community.

Congratulations to RJM Construction, JLG Architects, and the entire project team on this milestone. 👏👏 Molin is delighted to contribute structural and architectural precast to a project that will serve residents of Maple Grove for generations to come.

Last week, JLG’s Sports Studio was in Maple Grove, MN, to celebrate another major milestone in Maple Grove Community Center’s phased 312,000 SF renovation and expansion, which began in summer 2023. The groundbreaking for Phase 2 advances plans for a connected Activity & Aquatic Center, enhanced indoor and outdoor pools, fitness and recreation spaces, arts and senior programming, a 400-seat banquet room, and more.

Special thanks to the City of Maple Grove, MN - Local Government and the incredible team helping JLG bring the community’s vision to life, including RJM Construction, Nelson-Rudie & Associates, Inc., Stantec, and Reengineered, Inc.

We were glad to host the Alaska Precast Solutions team at our Lino Lakes facility and share a behind-the-scenes look at our hollowcore operation. Wishing the entire team continued success as they prepare to bring Alaska's first prestressed hollowcore manufacturing facility online.
