This is more than a building. It’s a long-term investment in restoration, sustainability, and community. The new greenhouse will triple native plant production and grow over 100,000 plants each year, supporting parks and habitat across the Upper Midwest.

It also creates space for year-round operations, volunteer engagement, and education, strengthening the community's connection to and care for these natural spaces.

Molin is proud to have contributed 27,500 SF of architectural precast to a project with this kind of lasting impact.

Molin hollowcore is supporting the work underway at the SWO Law Enforcement Center in Sisseton, SD.

Building for those who serve! Lakeville’s new Fire Station 2 will bring multiple stations together into one modern facility, strengthening how emergency services support the community day to day.

Great to see the Nebraska Outdoor Track & Field Complex at UNL officially open. A new 2,500-seat venue designed for high-level competition and future Big Ten events. Molin precast wall panels contributed to this addition for student-athletes and the campus.
