From renters to owners.

A little over a year ago, we rented this building to expand our services and better serve customers in the Grand Rapids area.

Today, we've taken the next step and purchased the property.

We're currently fixing up approximately half of the building to create space for another local business owner to grow and serve the community too.

We believe strong communities are built when local businesses invest in each other and create opportunities for others to succeed.

We're grateful for the support we've received and excited for what's ahead.

What started as side jobs nights and weekends out of our family garage has grown into helping homeowners and contractors all across Minnesota.

Over the years, we’ve grown from spray foam into a full insulation division offering:

We do a lot of things today… but it all started with monuments back in 1984.

What began generations ago has grown into multiple divisions across Northland Companies, but helping families create lasting memorials is still a huge part of who we are.

From design and engraving to installation, every memorial tells a story and becomes part of a family’s legacy for generations to come.
