Day 3: I Shaved My Head for a 5-Star Review I made a big mistake — a customer placed an order, paid in full, and I completely forgot to mark it as “ready to ship.” That one missed click caused a 7-day delay before the warehouse even packed it. Once I realized what happened, I rushed to make it right — overnighted the order and reached out to the customer personally. When I asked what it would take to earn a five-star review back, he said, “Shave your head.” So I did. Because when I say I’m on a mission to earn 1,000,000 five-star reviews, I mean it.
