At B&J Welding Supply, it’s always been about more than just what we sell. It’s about the people we serve.

Edgar moved to Texas from Kansas chasing a dream of becoming a welder. Through long days, tough circumstances and a lot of determination, he kept pushing forward and recently landed a job as a welder’s assistant! 💪🏻

Our Odessa team has gotten to know Edgar along the way, and when they heard the news, they reached out to IWDC to see how we could help.

Because of that partnership, Edgar received a full set of gear to help him get started!
