So anyone have any experience dealing with a major car company and a recall that burned out your vehicle? I still have not heard one word from ford's general counsel. It's been since July and they haven't even attempted to contact me. I'm about to get a lawyer but don't really have the money for it. I would like to just have my hoist back they can keep there stupid j***y van.

So I took on the challenge of building a bathroom out of a furnace room in a guys basement. Not much room but ended up working out pretty good. Plumbing was a nightmare. Had one of those maceretor pumps so lots of plimbing. All and all home owner is happy so that's all that counts.

So I got a letter the other day from DNR stating I may be responsible to pay for the 15 acre fire as well as the lawyers fees and investigation due to the van catching on fire. I sure pray they don't try to make me cause there were 2 helicopters on it and a good sized fire crew. One thing I do know is it will be the end of my company if they try to make me. I contacted ford the day after the fire since it was a open recall that started the whole thing and I still haven't heard anything back and its been almost 5 months. I have called over and over and they tell me the general counsel it dealing with it. Well I don't think they are dealing with crap. Things can change so fast it's unreal. I went from being happy I had gotten a new peice of equipment for the bussiness to losing that peice of equipment and it mabye costing me my bussiness in about 10 minutes. The thing that keeps coming back to me is the person that showed up right when it started said "a fire extinguisher won't help that" when I asked him for one. This guy I have known almost my whole life and he wouldn't even let me attempt to put it out. Mabye because he wanted to make some money by getting his dozer on the fire for the DNR because that's what he did. I guess you find out who your friends are in times of need!!!!!

This little machine amazes me every time I use it. Did all these in just under 2 hours. Had to fight a few rocks but otherwise smooth sailing.
