We are thrilled to announce that Rick Bachman has joined us as our new Quality Manager. Rick brings an incredible wealth of expertise across high-precision industries, including extensive experience in automotive and medical device quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001). From leading complex 3rd-party audits to mastering data analysis and advanced problem-solving, his deep technical knowledge and customer-focused approach made him the perfect fit to lead our quality initiatives.

Yesterday, we welcomed educators to Leech Industries as part of the Educator in the Workplace event.

This collaborative event brought educators and local employers together to explore manufacturing facilities, share insights, and highlight the many career pathways available right here in our community.

We’re proud to support initiatives like the Crawford County K-12 Career Education Alliance that help connect classroom learning with real-world opportunities and prepare the next generation of manufacturing talent.

Today, we say goodbye to our longtime toolmaker, Mr. Brian Ridgeway, as he begins an exciting new chapter of retirement! We can’t thank him enough for 29 years of commitment, hard work, and dedication to Leech Industries. He will be missed by all. Wishing you the best in this new chapter, Brian!
