Unfortunately, The Hogfather won't be competing this year at WCBCC as several main members get to celebrate their kids graduate college out of town the same week. We will be back in 2026 though! Go support World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest down at Tiger Lane this year all the same! 🐖🥳

Hard to believe another World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest has come and gone. We won the party each night, but our cooks also did us proud with an 11th place finish this year in shoulder! It's a bit of a gut punch to be one place away from getting a call and some hardware, but all the more fuel for next year's fire. Hope to see some of y'all at Bartlett or Arlington BBQ fests in the fall! Viva la Hogfather! 🐷🇫🇷

The 2023 Arlington BBQ Burnout Field is SET! Literally 🤣

We are excited about the turn out this year and look forward to everyone having a great time!

Arlington BBQ Burnout will be Friday Night October 20th 4:00-11:00pm and Saturday October 21st from 9:00am until Awards at 5:00pm.

The band Friday night will be Basket Case. They did a phenomenal job last year, so we had to bring them back for an encore!

See you in a couple weeks!

Well, we wrap up another great Bbqfest week! We placed 15th in shoulder. We would have liked to be in the top 10 again, but with almost half the field cut this year, we were up against the best of the best and could still walk away proud of our hard work. Thanks to everyone who came out and partied with us, look for us to be back at it later this year for Bartlett and Arlington comps!
