Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Coordination: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Basic Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial tracking.
Permitting: Oversee HVAC permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Human Resources: Handle onboarding, employee records, and basic HR functions.
Team Support: Collaborate with technicians and leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous office management experience (HVAC or similar industry preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of local permitting and HR practices is a plus.
