We have been busy all year, especially the last few weeks!
Pictured is phase one of our Pettibone Lake project!
We removed the old steps and replaced with High Format irregular steps as well as natural flagstone landings.
A perfect walk to the house or the lake!

Everyone including us loves to show the before & after photos. What nobody talks about or shows is WARRANTY WORK!
After a lot of heavy rains the past few years the homeowner wanted us to check out a few sections they thought had started to push out. Very small, a few inches but movement nonetheless.
They were right & we took care of it at no cost.
Our community is small & having a good reputation means everything!

We shrunk the beach, installed 3k sq. ft. of new lawn and created a nice natural border separating the 2.

Revisiting a project from last season to extend the beach, French drain on Pettibone Lake & our annual playground refresh this past week.

We were back on Bass Lake in Pinckney this past week. Roots crushed A LOT of the existing corrugated drain pipe.
We ripped out the old & installed 510 ft. of sdr35 drain pipe.
It was tested Friday evening with the heavy rains & all was perfect!
