We have a new kitchen to show off! This Manchester family was exasperated and embarrassed by their home's dilapidated kitchen. The wife is an accomplished home cook who makes everything from scratch and cooks daily, and she desperately needed storage for all her cooking equipment and utensils. The original kitchen did not have an island, so our designer prioritized adding storage and seating (welcomed because they often host family gatherings where everyone gravitates to the kitchen) with a generous island. She also eliminated an underused coat closet by the back door in order to install a pantry with roll-out shelves and a coffee bar for this family of java aficionados. The perimeter cabinets are rift-cut oak from Fabuwood Cabinetry in the Desert Oak finish, while the island and coffee bar are birch in the Cobblestone finish. Perla Beige engineered quartz countertops from Vector Stone are attractive and durable, accented with a 36" Kohler Whitehaven farmhouse sink to make washing dishes a more pleasant task. The new kitchen is a pleasure to work in and a joy to show off to family and friends.

The primary pain point of this kitchen was how dark, blah, boring, and depressing the original kitchen was with its brown and beige color scheme and heavy wood cabinets. The layout and flow of the workspace worked well enough so our designer did not have to make any major changes, just improve on the efficiency. The homeowners chose Ultracraft cabinetry in the Shaker door with Melted Brie paint on the perimeter and Pepper paint on the island. Mullion doors on high cabinets above the sink provide a place to display treasures out of the way, and 15.5" deep upper cabinets store plenty of kitchenware. Two-piece crown molding caps the cabinetry elegantly.

These Bedford homeowners came to us to remodel their outdated and uninspiring master, guest, and powder baths. These homeowners came to us with one and a half "builder basic" baths in need of updating: the formal, raised-panel cabinets were reaching the end of their useful lifespan, the granite was in good condition but dated and heavy-looking, and the general style of the bathrooms did not suit them. Our designer modernized the bathrooms with exciting inset cabinetry and lighter, brighter marble and quartz countertops and assisted the homeowners in selecting tile and finishes that reflected their tastes and lifestyle.
