There's much to celebrate towards the end of the year, and celebration means wine! 🍾 But first, keep your wines in fine shape with these tips:

1. Keep cool between 45°F to 65°F
2. Don't let it freeze!
3. Keep in the dark (avoid UV light!).
4. Store sideways unless bottles have screwcaps, glass corks, or plastic corks.
5. Avoid shaking the bottles.

Keeping your kitchen in shape is so time-consuming, but with these hacks, it doesn't have to be! 🧽

1. Add hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to rejuvenate old baking sheets.
2. CLean your microwave by nuking a lemon.
3. Soak oven racks in a solution of water and powder washing detergent for 4 hours.
4. Use your vacuum to clean out your cabinets.
5. Wipe down your range hood with vegetable oil!

Baking 🍞 is such a huge undertaking, especially during the holidays. But luckily, there are ways to make things easier:

1. Use the broiler to cut down on preheating time!
2. Run water over a stale loaf of bread until lightly wet, then bake in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes.
3. When using convection, lower the oven temperature by 20 to 25 degrees than the recipe requires!
