39 years ago, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed The Grand Ohio in Chicago's River North neighborhood. All 586 units contain floor to ceiling storage capabilities thanks to our durable bifold closet doors being specified into the project.

The Lydian Apartments finished at the end of 2022 shown below in the Illinois Medical District. 279 apartments, meant to cater to the increasing apartment market. Our Magiglide bifold closet doors showcased here showing floor to ceiling durable bifold closets.

425 Grand Concourse, the largest Passive House in North America, shown below with our durable Standard series Magiglide bifold closet doors throughout. The VESTA finish on the closet door contains no added urea formaldehyde resin, aiding in the certification of 3.5: All composite wood products, interior paints/finishes, certified low-emission.
