Important Notice Regarding Phone Call Issues

We want to make you aware of a current issue affecting phone communications with J&D Ked’s Ace Hardware at 304-845-1400.

At this time, customers using Verizon or Xfinity phone services may experience difficulty reaching our store due to a routing issue within the Verizon cellular network. While our store is open and fully operational, we are currently unable to receive calls from Verizon or Xfinity customers until this issue is resolved by the service providers.

If you are a Verizon customer and would like to help us resolve this issue more quickly, please report the problem by calling Verizon Customer Support at 800-922-0204 or contact the local Verizon store in Moundsville at 304-559-5196.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and support. In the meantime, please feel free to:
• Visit us in person
• Use a landline or non-Verizon/Xfinity phone service if accessible
