For six years, watched my husband, Blake, juggle helping Mrs. Penny keep the doors open at Superior Mulch & Landscape Supply. I always loved visiting with my girls and helping with the big season changes at the shop, but that was really the extent of my involvement for years.
Last September, Blake asked if I’d be interested in buying out his business partner & me running the shop. We jumped in, head first, and began cleaning up the place. For the last year, we have been renovating- bringing in new product- creating our garden & gift shop- and giving the place a much needed ladies touch; while still taking care of our much loved landscapers.
As we’ve made these changes, we realized the name just doesn’t quite fit who we are these days. We are more than just mulch and landscape supplies. We are Patterson’s Garden Company, and we proudly serve landscapers, homeowners, and all plant lovers!
Looking at pictures from the beginning, I am watching my sweet girls grow up & build memories at the place we love dearly. Every one of you who has helped us along the way has left an imprint on not only our hearts but our girls. We are forever grateful for you and your support.
We are so excited to grow & yet very much stay the same. We will always be your helpful & reasonably priced mom & pop garden shop that you know and love, but we can’t wait to share with you all that is to come.
