Delivery Driver Customer Service
ACCENT DOORS & TRIM is a local door shop, located in Murray, which has been servicing customers and contractors since the year 2000. We are dedicated to providing quality materials and prompt service to our customers. We supply finish materials for every remodel or new construction job. We have built our company on word-of-mouth, and it's our business to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers.
We are looking for a dedicated, customer-service oriented driver to add to our staff. This position delivers products to customers and contractors from Accent Door’s warehouse or from a vendor. The driver is responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in an efficient manner. This involves loading customer orders properly on the truck, ensuring that appropriate forms are completed, follow designated routes, and delivering merchandise to the customer in a safe and timely manner. The delivery driver may also be called upon to perform other tasks as needed, including warehouse duties.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the authorization to work in this country without visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license, and an acceptable driving record from the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a delivery, retail sales, or customer service position.
