Hits keep coming folks. After the truck went down on me June 18, I finally got the call to come pick it up yesterday afternoon. Got it home, unloaded the tools from my pickup, and thought it was ready to head back out. Headed out Wednesday morning to pick up a couple of the awesome new MSC5X Max Grundy carts, only to have the electrical gremlins I thought we’d long ago dealt with return while loading the carts. (Maybe it was too much awesome for the truck to handle?) Completely lost power to the box while delivering one of the carts, so while I can now drive the tools to you all, we can’t see any of them, and it’s pretty toasty in store with the near triple digit heat and no A/C.

Doing my best to get it up and going ASAP, but as always please reach out if you need anything warrantied, ordered, or off the truck in the meantime. Hopefully this will be a short term issue and we’ll be back on the road soon.

Anyway, check out the awesome new Max Grundy MSCX5 one lucky customer landed (and apparently jumped on loading) today. Have one more in stock if you fall in love. I can find it in the dark!

Wednesday shops…good news is I have the truck back (for now)…bad news is I have a freight pickup that I HAVE to get today. If I can make it to any of you after that I will do my best.

For my Friday shops…here is how Thursday ended for me. I’m obviously not going to see you with the truck today, but will do my best to stop in today to take down any warranty needs, and bring any ordered items I have access to today.

Update…good news is it sounds like they are going to cover all the shiny new parts I’m getting. Bad news is 3-5 business days to get those parts (if we are lucky), plus an additional day to get them installed. I’ll figure out how to run in some capacity next week, likely with far fewer tools than normal.
