Our Circles Collection was conceived by longtime P.E. Guerin pattern maker and designer Jacqueline Edwards in the mid-2000s, inspired by Harry Chapin’s “All My Life’s a Circle.” Beginning with a lever resembling an intricate camshaft, the collection’s offset circles reflect our imperfections: “nothing’s perfect,” as Jacqueline said.

The overlapping circles in the collection’s later designs, created during the pandemic, speak to the way our social circles move in and out of contact: “our lives are floating in and out of each other.”
