IT Support Engineer.
We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide IT support to our customers. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
🔹 Provide first-level technical support for customer hardware, software, and network issues.
🔹 Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure.
🔹 Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
🔹 Offer customer support and guidance on IT best practices.
🔹 Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.

What You Bring:
✅ 1+ years of IT support or engineering experience.
✅ Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
✅ Experience with Windows environments.
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Fluent in English (written and spoken).
✅ Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus!
