It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news of the passing of our President, Ed Johnson. Ed was the proud owner of Johnson American Fastener Company, which he started from the trunk of his car when he moved here over fifty years ago. Ed was a founding member of the fastener trade association known as the Mid-Atlantic Fastener Distributor Association (MAFDA) and was a 10 year board member who diligently oversaw the growth and success of the association. Ed was dedicated to his business, his parish, and his family. He will be remembered fondly for his kindness and strength, his great sense of humor, and his dignified leadership. We at Johnson American Fastener pledge to carry on his legacy.
