Contractor's Unlimited/Roricks, Inc is looking for a team player to fill our warehouse delivery/general labor position.

Job Responsibilities: grounds maintenance (mowing and snow removal when needed), building maintenance when needed, loading and delivery of materials and equipment to job sites daily. Pick up materials from local vendors. Clean up of job sites when needed.

Requirements: Must have clean driving record and must be insurable. Must pass drug tests. CDL is a plus, but not required. Forklift/Tow Motor/Lifts use a plus, but not required.

Physical: Must be able to lift at least 50lbs+/-. Candidate will be lifting, bending and twisting. Candidate at times will be working the elements (rain, snow/cold, heat).

Fulltime: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm, hours may vary
Paid Vacation
Health Insurance available after 90 days
IRA/Aflac available after 90 days
