precision machined components North Easton Machine Company was founded in 1964 by Donald Holbrook. Mr.

Holbrook purchased his first Brown & Sharpe cam screw machines from his former employer, Easton Machine Products, when the two partners split and auctioned off the assets of the business. He setup shop in one side of his two car garage at his home in North Easton Massachusetts and North Easton Machine Company was born. Working full time for Machine Craft in Whitman Massachusetts, he ran his own ma

chines after work until midnight most nights. His wife Marie would order material, tools, and accept deliveries during the day to support his nightly production. Donald eventually left his job and dedicated himself to the business full-time. The business expanded several times over the years to it's current 15,000 square foot facility. Over the last 50 years North Easton Machine has evolved into a state of the art CNC turning and milling company. Currently run by Donald's son, Jon Holbrook, the business has been supported by family members spanning four generations. North Easton Machine Company is an ISO 9001 certified contract manufacturer. This means that we employ the latest processes and technologies to manufacture components to your exact specifications for consistency and conformance. We combine experience, technology, and integrity to provide our customers with a valued partner making high quality parts. We utilize the latest CNC Swiss, CNC Lathe, and CNC Milling machines for superior speed, precision, and versatility. Our equipment has the capability to manufacture complex parts in a single operation, maximizing product quality and minimizing lead times for our customers. North Easton Machine proudly serves the biomedical, microwave, high-tech, musical and electronic industries, among others, with an emphasis on high quality products and exceptional customer service.

We were honored today to welcome PMPA President Brian Adams and Executive Director Emily Riley for a tour of North Easton Machine ahead of Tuesday’s PMPA Roundtable. We were the first stop on Emily’s schedule of member visits in her new role as Executive Director.

It’s always a privilege to showcase our team’s expertise in CNC Swiss, CNC Turning and CNC milling, and to share how technology and craftsmanship drive everything we do.

Our PMPA membership continues to be an invaluable resource—providing industry insights, peer collaboration, and advocacy that strengthen both NEM and the precision machining community.

Looking forward to connecting with peers at the Roundtable tomorrow night!

Paula has been an integral member of our team, building out HR, creating lasting community connections & relationships, and raising over $250,000 through grant-writing over the years. We will miss her dearly - she's made a lasting impact that will live on within our team and our culture. You will be greatly missed!
