Looking for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
💼 Brief Overview of What You’ll Do:
- Process and manage high-volume vendor invoices
- Prepare and issue weekly payments
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
- Handle customer invoicing, collections, and cash applications
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
- Monitor aging reports (AP & AR) and follow up as needed
- Maintain customer records, credit files, and tax exemptions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understand financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Manufacturing or construction accounting experience is a plus
