General Summary
The Screen & Window Repair Associate is responsible for completing store services for our customers. These services include screen and window repair, lamp repair, and as needed. Applicants should have a good working knowledge of hand and power tools. This position is part-time as needed and will range from 12-28 hours per week. Or could be willing to do full time>

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide a positive representation of Hanna Ace Hardware
Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
Ensure all services are completed promptly, courteously and effectively.
Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
Store Operations
Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment.
Assist with providing a clean and orderly workspace.
Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience
Experience with working with hand and power tools is required. knowledge of screen repair is preferred not required
