Really.

If you're renting equipment for the first time, we don't expect you to know every machine, attachment, or operating detail.

And even if you've been renting for years, every project can come with something different.

Maybe you're unsure what size machine will fit through a gate. Maybe you need help understanding rental periods. Maybe you're comparing two pieces of equipment for the same job.

Those conversations are part of what we do.

Our team is here to help you make informed decisions, understand the rental process, and feel prepared before you leave.

No question is too small, and no project has to be complicated just because you're renting equipment.

Stop by AC&E in Okemos or Grand Ledge and let's talk about what you're working on.

Before the first snow arrives, take a walk around your property and look for the little things that could become bigger problems over winter.

🔷 Low areas where water collects

🔷 Branches or brush that need attention

🔷 Gravel that's washed away from driveways

🔷 Drainage paths blocked by debris

🔷 Outdoor projects that still need to be finished

You don't have to tackle everything in one weekend. But knowing what needs attention gives you a chance to prioritize before the weather changes.

And if something on that list requires more than a shovel, rake, or wheelbarrow, AC&E can help.

What's the one property project you're determined to finish before winter?

There’s a reason skid steers stay busy.

Moving material. Grading. Property cleanup. Landscaping. Site work. And once Michigan winter arrives, snow removal and plowing can join the list.

If you have a project that could use some extra muscle, this is also a great time to rent.

❄️ Call to inquire about our discounted out-of-season rate on skid steer rentals.

Whether you're trying to finish a fall project or planning ahead for the work that comes with winter, give our team a call and ask about availability and rental options.

🍁 Peak leaf season can turn a clean yard into a blanket of leaves almost overnight.

For larger yards, long driveways, walkways, and commercial properties, a blower can help you cover more ground and keep up with the mess without spending every free hour behind a rake.

And here's the trick: don't wait until every leaf has fallen. Staying ahead of the buildup can make the final cleanup much more manageable.

Make fall cleanup a little easier this year.

📞 Call AC&E and ask about blower rentals for your property this fall.

Take a look around your garage.

Is there actually room for the car?

Fall is when patio furniture, seasonal gear, equipment, business supplies, and everything else that lived outside all summer suddenly needs somewhere to go.

If you're running out of room, AC&E's Grand Ledge storage units offer a convenient local option with:

🔷 24 hour access
🔷 On-site management
🔷 Space for household or business storage

You don't have to spend the winter climbing over everything you own just to get to the snow shovel.

Some jobs aren't meant for a shovel.

Whether you're working on drainage, irrigation, utilities, landscaping, or another project that calls for a clean trench, a Ditch Witch trencher can help you cover ground much more efficiently than digging by hand.

And with winter getting closer, there's a little more incentive to stop putting that project off.

Get the digging done while the ground and weather are still cooperating.

📞 Call AC&E to ask about trencher availability for your next project.

🍂 A layer of wet leaves can do more than make the yard look messy.

When leaves pile up and stay wet, they can block sunlight and airflow from reaching the grass underneath. Over time, that can leave your lawn matted and create conditions that aren't exactly ideal heading into winter.

You don't need to chase every leaf the second it falls, but staying reasonably ahead of the buildup can make cleanup easier and give your lawn a better chance going into the colder months.

A little work throughout the season beats one enormous cleanup at the end.

And if your property has officially become too much for a rake, AC&E has equipment to help.

Exterior maintenance. Building repairs. Lighting. Painting. Sign work. Tree-related projects.

If you have work waiting overhead, now is the time to think about getting it finished before colder weather makes outdoor projects less appealing.

AC&E offers aerial lift rentals that can give contractors, businesses, and property owners the access they need for a variety of elevated projects.

Don't put off an overhead job simply because getting up there is the hardest part.

📞 Tell us what you're working on and we'll help you find a lift that fits the project.

🌳Branches from summer storms. Limbs from fall pruning. Brush piles that have been sitting at the edge of the property waiting for “later.”

Later is here.

A woodchipper can turn bulky branches and woody debris into material that’s much easier to manage, helping you make serious progress on fall property cleanup before winter weather arrives.

Don't let that brush pile spend another season under the snow.

🍂 Before the snow flies, book now! Call AC&E to reserve a woodchipper and get one more outdoor project crossed off the list.
