Torque from the equipment has no business reaching what you are pulling.

That is the whole job of the HD-S. Attached behind the reamer head and to the pipe or cable coming through the bore, it lets the two turn independently. Pins come out with a screwdriver as standard, and allen wrench pins are available if your crew prefers them.

Changing out a line on the rig does not need special tools πŸ’ͺ

Lewis LSG Snake Grips use the line you are replacing to pull the new one in. One grip on each end, connected by a swivel and swing link that run smoothly through the blocks and keep the line from twisting on the way through.

Sizes from 1/4 inch up to 4 1/4 inch, with working loads from 1,200 lbs up to 5,000 lbs.
