✨ Employee Spotlight: John Flores ✨

Meet John Flores, a Mechanic in our Rigout Department. John has been with Klein for 6 years and brings creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on experience to his role every day.

One of John’s favorite parts of the job is fabricating, troubleshooting, and getting creative with projects. He’s especially proud of completing his first hydraulic system, coming from a background working on natural gas and electric-powered transit buses.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with family, watching baseball (“L.A. baby!”), kayaking, and trying new foods. He’s also a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to cook.

Three words that describe John? Honest, dedicated, and loving. One thing he appreciates most about Klein is the atmosphere and the work he gets to do every day.

☀️🎨 Summer Creativity was in full swing at Klein!

Our team brought the office chalkboard to life with summer-inspired drawings ranging from work-related creations to personal favorites that remind them of sunshine, vacations, and warm-weather fun.

As a bonus, everyone who completed a drawing earned a shot at our famous Putt for Dough challenge! ⛳💰

Each participant had one chance to sink a hole-in-one on our long putting green for a shot at the growing jackpot. The stakes were high, the pressure was on, and the competition was fierce...

Unfortunately, no one found the cup this time around, which means the pot keeps growing for the next round! 👀

Thank you to everyone who contributed their creativity and took their shot. We love seeing our team come together for a little friendly competition and a lot of fun.
