New policies are in place for this year in reference to declined credit cards and missed payments.

The credit card companies are charging merchants declined fees on all credit card transactions that get declined. I have no choice but to pass those fees back to the customer. This mostly happens on the automatic payments. If you are not able to fund the automatic payment, please contact me the day before the payment is due, so that we can make other arrangements.

Late fees. If your automatic payment does not go thru, or you are not able to pay the agreed payment, a late fee will be applied to your account for that week.

A payment is like a broken tool, it needs to repaired, not forgotten.
