We are slowly losing our generation of “thinkers”, the guys who can think outside the box to fix something with what tools and parts they have on their field trucks and people who are masters at their trade. Slowly loosing the guys that can lay out a jobsite from start to finish and the ones who can see past just what’s going on at this moment, the mechanics who can weld/fabricate/ fix hydraulics etc not just plug a laptop in, the parts guys who know exactly what you need. This is the last of a dying breed and DAMN AM I PROUD TO BE A PART OF IT.
