Picking up bracing today gave me a good opportunity to share a progress update on a nice home going up near Perham. Some 8” some 10” Element ICF. The 10” will support pre cast concrete for a garage above.

Fall, please be kind to my contractors. Winter, your time will come, but not now, not today.

Here’s a few jobs from this week so far. From 4” core shelters to 10” core that will support a precast concrete floor and garage above. This week is a perfect demonstration of the flexibility of Element ICF. Nothing compares.

It’s that time of year… go go go. This is a job near Alexandria, MN where the contractor will be using Element ICF and Halo Subterra below grade and Halo Exterra for the above grade stick framed portions. Image is from the second delivery to the jobsite Friday night near sunset.

Enjoy the weekend because Monday starts another busy run of projects across lakes country.

How can we help you?
