Fresh grooms, familiar faces, and a little Halloween spirit. 🎃🐾

Meet Sparky and Charlie, two of the Aloha Wilco Groom Shop’s regular guests!

🖤 Sparky, the black doodle, has been visiting Wilco Groom Shops for more than three years. He may be a senior pup, but he’s still a certified wiggle worm.

🤎 Charlie, the dachshund mix, has been coming to the Aloha Groom Shop since its grand opening month. He’s known for giving plenty of kisses, happily accepting snout boops, and being a fan favorite with the grooming team.

The seasonal photos are one of the little extras our groomers love adding to the experience. After all, a fresh groom deserves its moment in front of the camera. 📸

Thanks for another visit, Sparky and Charlie!

Birds are pretty honest food critics. If one seed disappears first while another piles up below the feeder, they’re telling you something. Learn how to match seed to the birds you want to see in our new blog. https://mywil.co/4k7iy0R

In the Pacific Northwest, cold rain is actually harder on birds than snow because wet feathers lose insulating power much faster. When birds can’t stay dry, they burn through energy just trying to maintain body heat, even when temperatures are above freezing. That’s why rainy stretches often send birds to feeders more frequently than snowy days. High‑fat, high‑calorie foods like suet, black oil sunflower seeds, and peanuts can help them replenish energy quickly when the weather won’t give them a break. It was a great day on the course at the 3rd Annual Linn-Benton Livestock Judging Alumni & Friends Golf Tournament!

The event brought alumni, friends, and supporters together to raise funds for the Linn-Benton Community College Livestock Judging Team. Support from events like this helps provide students with opportunities to travel and compete in livestock judging contests across the country.

Wilco was proud to support an event that invests in students, agriculture, and the future of the livestock industry. A big thank-you to everyone who came out, participated, and helped make the day a success! Nothing better than supporting the next generation of Livestock Leaders!
