Mills Hardware is owned by Dane and Jeanna Mills, both have lived in Phelan since 1978. Mills Hardware offers help to the contractor and the person who likes to do their own repairs. We are also an authorized Stihl power equipment dealer and offer the full line of Stihl equipment, parts and service including Stihl warranty work. Bulk commodities like sand and gravel are available, along with tractor and other equipment rentals.
