It's been a pretty exciting week here in Oregon with all the wildfires raging all around us. This was Tuesday afternoon at my shop, everything thick with smoke and falling ash. As of today, I have to shut down production because the air quality is so poor and ash is coating all the tools and production equipment. All the orders I had this week got out but anything for the rest of the week will have to be postponed until things clear up here. Sorry for the delays. I'm trying to keep your buckets of oil ash free! I'll let you know when I can get back in there to start mixing again! Hope you are all staying well. - Autumn

We had a customer order some Exterior Finish today and asked us to ship him some toilet paper as well since no one in his area had any in stock... We're shipping him some and so we'll send you some too! With any purchase of a 3-gallon pail of any of our finishes, we'll ship you a free 4 pack of TP as long as we are in a pandemic crackdown! We were going to include a bottle of hand sanitizer but we can't buy that either. Wood finish making continues... ;)

We're moving our shop! Today is the last day of production before our move starting Monday...

Heritage Natural Finishes will have a new Headquarters back in Oregon by December 1st. Starting Thanksgiving week, we're packing up and relocating to 500 Main Street, Philomath, Oregon. We're excited by this nice bigger building, back in timber country. This big step will give us the space to grow, to produce more and offer new products and we'll now have a retail store open daily for local pickups.

Please be patient with us while we make this move. We will do our best to ship out Ground orders daily during the move, 55 gallon drum orders or special orders may be delayed a week or two while we get production back online in our new space.

Our new address is P.O. Box 97 (mailing), 500 Main Street (physical), Philomath, OR 97370. All of the rest of our contact information is the same. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team at 541-844-8748 with questions. We also have longer phone hours: Monday-Friday. 7am-6pm PST. HNF Holiday Schedule:
We will be closed for Thanksgiving, Nov. 27-29th
We will be closed for the winter holidays from Dec. 21st- Jan. 5th (back in the shop on the 6th)

I'm running another KidsBuild project with Mike Westgard for the Timber Framer's Guild next Sunday at Lake Roesiger in Snohomish, WA. There is still plenty of room for any kiddo you know who would love to come build some timber frame furniture for the Lake Roesiger TFG project next week. Timber frame homes need timber frame finishes that preserve, nourish and allow the wood to breath. There are plenty of options out there.

Hi, so not be confusing, we changed our name years ago from Land Ark NW to Heritage Natural Finishes and you can follow us on our Heritage Natural Finishes FB page now. I'm not so much on this one any more! Same great finishes, newish name!
