Very honored to be recognized in the Knives 2027 annual with two of my pieces being shown. Those are some pretty big names to be sharing a page with.

Finally, a decent temp to start the morning! Hopefully this is a sign that fall temperatures are on the way.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who stopped by today at the Piedmont Founders Day event. Other than the heat it was a great day and I got to visit with so many people!!

For anyone who was not able to find our vendor location I am very sorry. Next year I will try to come up with better signage to, hopefully, help with this

I’d also like to than Chris Molsbee (Molsbee Knives) for setting up with me and especially for his help loading up the gear at the end of the day.

I’m about done with this heat

I hope everyone has a restful day

I feel like it would be terribly irresponsible of me not to continually test my knives in real world situations. It’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make for all of you!!

Who knew there was a national “Knife Day” in the US? Celebrate by buying a new knife or spend a little time maintaining some that you currently have. This would be a good time to sharpen and clean them up and appreciate how much we use them.
