Participants are hired as a casual employee for UPMC with pay beginning at $19/hour.

Interviews will be starting on Thursday, March 5th.

Kudos to Kennesha Higginbotham, who began her career with UPMC through their partnership with EICI. She entered their EVS training program on March 11th, completed the 4-week course and graduated in April. Kennesha then transferred to Shadyside Hospital, where her positivity, concerns for quality and safety, and integrity continue to shine. She was a superstar while in the training program, and she’s a superstar at Shadyside Hospital, always going above and beyond to make a positive impact. Congratulations, Kennesha, for being an amazing worker and for how far you’ve come! We’re excited to see you continue to flourish.
