Farid calls twice, and gives us a bad credit card both times, and that didn’t stop him from taking to the airwaves to give us one star.

Should we handle parts orders by telephone, or should we do what Amazon does, and not answer the phone?
Meantime, we are out making a lot of people very happy. It hurts us. It hurts us to try so hard and come up short for reasons that aren’t even our fault. Meantime, we answer the telephone. Unlike most warranty service call centers. We do a better job. Here we have a man who has not had us do any maintenance for him, he waits until the product breaks and shuts down a $150 an hour operation, provides the website/customer service rep with a credit card that will not process, does not return our emails or phone calls, subjects us to a tantrum, followed by a one star review.  please help me. If you’ve received great service from North American, please give us a review to help us out and counteract the unjustifiable reviews.
