What a crazy couple of weeks doing Re-screen after Re-screen after Re-screen in the pouring rain and waiting it out to finish the last couple of weeks. Today we got to Build a custom 4 wall Infill Lanai on top of granite finished counter tops. We also installed 24 inch kickplate instead of screen in front of a grill. Everything came out really good and clean. The customer was ecstatic and said he didn't think it would come out so good. This makes us happy! We love looking at the customers smile on the face. Attention! What a make over. Screw change out with color coated stainless steel #4 screws. Full Re-Screen with 20-20 No-See-Um screen. New 1x2s on the new tile. New door installed with new kickplate on the Lanai wall.

Total screw change out with color coated stainless steel #4 screws, new 1x2 tracking on the bottom of the Pool Enclosure after the customer had the new deck installed, New kickplate on the Lanai wall with a new door, and we Re-Screened the Pool Enclosure with 20-20 No-See-Um screen. Hi Everyone, We at Fresh Clean Re-Screens By Shane Briggs took the front wall down on this Pool Enclosure, we added a 2x8 carrier beam to support the existing roof and the shed down extension roof. We had build the walls on the ground and hoist the walls up 1 at a time to install the walls. We screened it with 18-14 tough screen. We build our jobs with stainless steel color coated #4 screws.
