We screened it with 18-14 Phifer screen and Installed aluminum railing built in each screen wall. We installed an inswinging door so the customer could push it open as they climb up the stairs. We at Fresh Clean Re-Screens By Shane Briggs built this 18x35 insulated roof with the heavy duty 4 inch thick panels and 2 fan beams. We installed 7 inch Super gutter with the job. We use stainless steel #4 color coated screws throughout every build job. What a difference with the shade. Its about 10 to 15 degrees cooler under these roofs.
