Port Royal, we have one of our own in the running for SUPER DAD! 🏆
Our customer Rodney Shorter is competing in the 2026 Super Dad competition, a nationwide search celebrating the dads who show up, work hard and make a difference in their families every single day.
One dad will take home $25,000 AND appear in a national TV commercial provided by Ace Hardware, and we would love to see Rodney make it all the way!
As a father to a son and daughter, Rodney says being there to watch them grow and experience every milestone, big and small, has given his life a purpose he never knew he needed. He strives to give his children the best version of himself and teach them by example to work hard, stay humble, love deeply and never give up.
And if he wins? Rodney plans to use the $25,000 to help build a stronger future for his children through education savings, family needs and memories they can carry with them for a lifetime.
