Our Vendor Relationship and Process
We are extremely pleased to be allied with Ritz-Craft Corporation as our home provider. Since 1954, Ritz-Craft has been the leader in Modular System Building.

Ritz-Craft is our vendor and they build the essentials of the home. Later in the process, we complete the onsite finishing of your home. As an independent home builder, we have been approved by Ritz-Craft to provide and sell their high quality home product. We are not an authorized agent of Ritz-Craft and do not act on their behalf.

Approximately 85% of your home is built off-site by Ritz-Craft according to your approved order. We work with Ritz-Craft in overseeing that every specific need in your home is met through detailed instructions, according to the floor plan you have selected. After the home is delivered to your property, we then supervise the setting of the home and make sure your home is properly and securely affixed to your foundation.

The next stages of the home will vary according to its complexity. Depending on the type of home, square footage, and its individual floor plan, the actual finishing of your home can take anywhere from 30 to 120 days. Typically, the items that need to be done onsite are the scheduling of our crews and various trade persons to complete interior drywall and floor finishing, exterior siding or brick/stone treatments, porches, garages, HVAC, plumbing and electrical connections. All of the construction that takes place on-site is subject to building code inspections by your local building department.

Before you are presented with the Certificate of Occupancy and move in, we will do a final walk-through with you to ensure that you are completely happy with every facet of your new home.
