Himmel’s leadership team recently came together for a three-day session focused on strengthening our teams and building alignment across the company.

Day 1 included an inspiring visit to LSU’s Football Operations facility, where our leaders toured the complex and heard from JR Belton, LSU’s Director of Football Operations, on culture, preparation, and performance.

Days 2 & 3 centered on collaboration and strategy as our leaders aligned goals and built actionable plans.
