-New Roof
-Siding replaced and front painted
-New shutters and hardware
-3 new screen doors
-1 new front door
-Bathroom redone

Future projects...
-Refinish all interior floors
-Redo kitchen
-Replace concrete stoops in front and rear
-Do something about the driveway (mudjacking?)
-Do something about the garage floor (mudjacking?)
-Front yard landscaping and lawn replacement
-Potty in the basement :)
