Another builder project, an outdoor water heater closet expansion, for a great lady.. actually mother of a bestie. :) That young man is the Son's part of our business, look at home go! He's also available to book services which we'll feature on Nextdoor. :) Pk And Son's does it again! :)

And another soft bathroom remodel. Some fresh paint and leak repairs, baseboards and replacing a faulty heat lamp to a bathroom fan (SO needed) and voila! Thank you, Miss Ann for the work! :)

Ok... Door swap again after previous install (did it for half price, she's a very sweet ole' lady!). Paint to the garage entry doors, trim included. Swapped fluorescents with LEDs in the kitchen... She's so happy and so I am as well. I love that feeling!

A nice and simple reinstall of a barn door with two anchors pulling from the wall. Revisited hardware so the door could close without interference or damage. Balancing and in bubble leveling.

Refinishing done! They came out better than expected. Two coats stain, 3 coats varnish... Lots of hand work so calisthenics complete for the week, 😂!
