Nantucket Post Cap is looking to hire a full time year round Shipping Receiving and Inventory manager for our Bethel VT location. This position requires being able to lift up to at least 50lbs (most packages are under 25) and using a computer to type UPS and USPS labels. Enter orders when received in production. Packaging the products and labeling boxes. Some very large orders over 10 cases ship LTL on a pallet. Also responsible for ordering the shipping products for the shop. This position is good pay with benefits after a 90 day probationary period.
Looking to hire 2 part time summer employees as a Floater position… would work in all depts. No benefits for these positions as they are part time. One Floater position COULD possibly turn into a full time position with benefits after 90 day probationary period. Floater would work in the cap cell dept running machines, finish dept, molding dept, and shipping dept.
