Field-Tested in Washington State
We recently completed on-site measurements at a real home in Washington State to compare the Joto-Vent System® with conventional crawl-space vents.
The results were clear:
Joto-Vent provided even, consistent airflow across the entire crawl space — perimeter, center, and corners. Temperature and moisture levels closely matched outdoor air, showing balanced ventilation with no stagnant areas.
Traditional vents told a different story. They performed well only near vent openings, while corners stayed poorly ventilated and tended to hold more moisture — the areas where mold and decay usually begin.
By delivering uniform airflow, the Joto-Vent System® helps reduce moisture risk in crawl spaces, especially in corner areas where most problems start.
