A Home Inspector

I truly enjoy my career as a Professional Home Inspector.

Since starting on this path I have been 100% absorbed, fascinated, obsessed…..

For the past three years, every work day, I either inspect homes, or on a rare day when I don’t have any inspections scheduled, I study and improve my knowledge, to better serve!

Today I had a day off and so I put in 8 more hours of study to complete the 4th part of a 4 part training and examination requirement to be certified by Internachi as a Post-Hurricane Building Safety Inspector.

I do have a state of the art remote crawlspace robot to send into crawlspaces…but nothing beats a hand on inspection. So whenever I can safely fit into and access the crawlspace, in person, that is always my first choice… to provide the best quality inspections and customer service.
