Office Manager

Part Time Office Manger needed for busy outdoor power equipment company in Robbinsville, NJ. Hours are flexible but Mondays are a must.

Primary responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, ordering office supplies, filing, HR, data entry and customer service. Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation for banking.

Knowledge of QuickBooks and Ideal Inventory Management software is helpful but not required.

This organized self-starter must be able to work independently and in a team setting and able to handle strong personalities.

Shop hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri and 8am-12 noon Sat.
